About INSIDE

From policy statements to real, measurable practice.

INSIDE (Inclusion Standards in Diverse Education) is a specialist provider of training, auditing and strategic consultancy for inclusive and accessible education in Jordan.

The challenge

The gap between commitment and classroom.

Across Jordan, institutions increasingly commit to inclusive and accessible education. Yet commitments alone do not change what a student experiences when they walk into a building, open a learning platform or join a lesson.

The gap usually sits between people and systems: leaders without a clear roadmap, teachers without practical strategies, support staff without defined roles, and buildings and digital services that were never reviewed for accessibility.

INSIDE exists to close that gap, working across policy, people, physical environments and digital accessibility at the same time.

Our mission

To support educational institutions to make inclusion and accessibility systematic, practical and measurable.

Our approach

Four principles guide every engagement.

  • Evidence-based

Our methods draw on research and recognised frameworks, including the CRPD, Universal Design for Learning and WCAG, not on assumptions or trends.

  • Contextualised

Every recommendation is shaped for the Jordanian context: its regulations, languages, cultures and the real resources institutions have.

  • Cross-functional

Inclusion is everyone’s work. We engage leadership, teaching, support, facilities, IT and administration teams together.

  • Action-oriented

We focus on prioritised, achievable next steps with clear ownership, so that progress can be seen, measured and sustained.
